1. Eligibility

Who is eligible to participate in the referral program? Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in NC & SC area of USA. Employees of CPIX Studios and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Process

How do referrals work? Referrals are tracked through unique referral links provided to each participant. The referred individual must book a service using the referrer's unique link for the referral to be valid.

3. Earning Rewards

How are rewards earned? Participants will earn 10% cash for each successful referral. A successful referral is defined as a new customer booking and completing a paid photography or photo booth service through the participant's referral link. The referred individual cannot be an existing customer of CPIX Studios.

4. Reward Payout

How and when are rewards paid out? Referral rewards will be paid out via [PayPal/Venmo/CashApp] within 7 to 10 days of the referred event's completion, provided the participant's balance reaches $50 and requests a payout. Participants are responsible for providing accurate payout information. CPIX Studios is not responsible for lost or misdirected payments due to incorrect information provided by the participant.

5. Restrictions and Limitations

Are there any restrictions on referrals? Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Participants may not create multiple accounts to earn additional rewards. CPIX Studios reserves the right to disqualify any referrals deemed fraudulent or abusive. CPIX Studios reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.

6. Termination

Under what circumstances can participation in the program be terminated? CPIX Studios may terminate a participant's involvement in the referral program at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by CPIX Studios.

7. Modification of Terms

Can the terms and conditions be changed? CPIX Studios reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of changes via email or through a notification on their referral dashboard. Continued participation in the program following a change constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Disclaimer

A disclaimer limiting liability. CPIX Studios makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the referral program or its availability. CPIX Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the referral program.

9. Governing Law

Which state's laws govern the terms and conditions?  These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
